Training Services
2.1. Customers can get free technical training in Chinese factories. The main training is to operate the machine for welding, basic daily cleaning and maintenance of the machine, and solutions to common hardware problems. Online training is enough.
2.2. When the seller sends engineers to the buyer’s location for installation, commissioning and training, the buyer shall bear the engineer’s labor costs (100.00 USD per person per day) and bear all related expenses, such as transportation fees, accommodation fees, etc. When the Seller's engineer performs services at the Buyer's location, the Buyer shall arrange for a Chinese-speaking translator for the Seller's engineer.

Pre-Shipment Inspection System
3.1 According to the customer's transportation details, we will check the size, weight, spare parts, protective film and other information of the product one by one. If there are suspicious goods before shipment, quality inspectors will promptly open the packaging and inspect the goods through professional testing equipment to ensure the accuracy of the shipment.
3.2. The outer packaging of each piece of goods will also be checked, such as whether the packaging is damaged, whether the wooden pallet is fumigated, whether the export goods are packed with steel belts, etc. Make sure the goods are not damaged during loading and unloading.

Afer Sales Service System
4.1 After our customers receive the goods, if there is a problem with the material transportation, we will ask the customer to take photos before unloading, feedback to the freight forwarder, and make insurance compensation.
4.2. After the customer receives the goods, if there are some quality problems or production problems. If it is confirmed that there is indeed a quality problem, our QA and QC managers and relevant responsible departments will provide reasonable compensation according to the business contract.
