The mechanical part of the equipment mainly consists of a turning mechanism and a frame. The workpiece turning is driven by a servo motor. Each set of servo motors is equipped with a set of precision RV reducers to achieve precise positioning.
The main features of the equipment are as follows:
The servo motor shaft and the precision reducer shaft hole adopt a direct connection structure, with high transmission accuracy;
The flip pinion and the supporting external teeth adopt a special backlash-free meshing structure.
The heavy-duty precision slewing bearing is selected with high load-bearing capacity, small side clearance, and a large design margin, thereby reducing the axis runout after the workpiece is turned over and ensuring position accuracy
